Location
- จัดทำบัญชีลูกหนี้
- จัดทำใบกำกับภาษี และจัดส่งเอกสาร ใบกำกับภาษี ให้ลูกค้า
- จัดทำใบแจ้งหนี้ วางบิลและรวมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ ใบกำกับภาษีและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรับเงิน
- งานด้านการเก็บเงิน/รับชำระหนี้
- ตรวจสอบความครบถ้วนและถูกต้องของเอกสารที่ใช้ในการวางบิล พร้อมจัดส่งให้ลูกค้า
- บันทึกรายละเอียดของการรับเงิน
- จัดทำใบฝากธนาคารเพื่อนำเงินสด และเช็คที่ได้รับเข้าฝากธนาคาร ตรวจสอบความครบถ้วนของใบนำฝากธนาคาร
- จัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์ทางด้านลูกหนี้ ส่งผู้บริหาร รายวัน รายสัปดาห์
- จัดทำรายงานเจ้าหนี้คงค้างทุกสิ้นเดือนต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
