Job Descriptions

Key responsibilities - Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols and procedures to ensure consistent and effective BIM implementation across all projects - Manage a team of BIM specialists and coordinate their work to support project delivery - Provide training and support to project teams to upskill them in BIM capabilities - Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to integrate BIM into project workflows - Evaluate and implement new BIM technologies and software to enhance the company's BIM capabilities - Monitor and report on BIM performance metrics to drive continuous improvement - Ensure project compliance with BIM requirements and industry standards

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Construction, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a BIM management or senior BIM specialist role
Proven track record of successfully implementing BIM on complex construction projects
In-depth knowledge of BIM software, tools and technologies, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360
Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols and best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team of BIM professionals
Proficient in project management, problem-solving and decision-making
