Job Descriptions

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The HR Officer will support day-to-day human resource operations and ensure the efficient handling of HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, documentation, and compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities: 1.Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring 2.Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes 3.Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases 4.Coordinate and support training and development activities 5.Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies 6.Prepare and manage HR-related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and internal announcements. 7.Assist with payroll coordination and attendance tracking 8.Support visa and work permit processes for expatriate employees 9.Act as a point of contact for employee queries and assist in resolving HR-related issues 10.Collaborate with other departments to support company culture and employee engagement 11.Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in HR-related functions
Strong knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, and labor regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication skills in both Thai and English
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
Experience in visa and work permit handling is a plus
Able to start work immediately is preferred
