Qualifications
  1. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการตลาด / การขาย / แคมเปญโฆษณา
  2. ใช้ Google Sheets / Excel ได้คล่อง (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, IF, Graphs)
  3. เข้าใจการใช้ Dashboard / Data Visualization
  4. เคยทำงานร่วมกับทีม Marketing, Sales, หรือ E-commerce จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. เข้าใจโครงสร้างแพลตฟอร์ม Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop
  6. มีพื้นฐานเรื่อง ROI, CPM, CTR, Conversion Rate และการวัดประสิทธิภาพแคมเปญ
  7. คิดเชิงวิเคราะห์เก่ง เห็นความเชื่อมโยงของตัวเลขกับพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภค
  8. กล้าพูด / กล้าเสนอความคิดเห็นจากข้อมูล โดยมีหลักฐานสนับสนุน
  9. สื่อสารกับทีมอื่นได้ดี โดยเฉพาะทีม Content, Influencer และ CX
  10. มีความรอบคอบสูง และจัดระเบียบข้อมูลได้ดี
  11. ทำงานเป็นระบบ รับผิดชอบงานต่อเนื่องได้โดยไม่ต้องรอคำสั่ง
  12. ยืดหยุ่น และพร้อมปรับตัวเมื่อระบบหรือแผนงานเปลี่ยนแปลง
  13. มีประสบการณ์วิเคราะห์ KOL/KOC Marketing / Reseller Performance
  14. เคยดูแล Performance Marketing (ยิงแอด + วิเคราะห์ผล)
