Job Descriptions
1.ตรวจสอบการรับที่นอนเข้าระบบ Navi และงานจริงว่าถูกต้องตรงกัน 2.ดูแล Stock สินค้าและพื้นที่คลังจัดเก็บที่นอน 3.จัดทำ File Daily Report ที่นอน บันทึกข้อมูลการรับเข้า/การจ่ายออก และตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง 4.สรุป Stock ที่นอนคงเหลือพร้อมขายให้ฝ่ายอื่นๆ เพื่อขายหรือเบิกแปรรูป 5.จัดทำการ Key Navi เรื่องการ Shipment (เอกสารตัด Stock สินค้าเพื่อขาย) 6.จัดทำใบผ่านสินค้าสำเร็จรูป และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารก่อนนำส่งสินค้าให้ลูกค้า 7.เช็คสินค้าก่อนส่งลูกค้า 8.จัดทำการ Key Navi เรื่องการโอนย้ายสินค้าระหว่างคลัง 9.ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายเรื่องการขนส่ง 10.จัดทำเรื่องของการตรวจสอบสภาพรถขนส่ง 11.ประสานงานพร้อมตรวจสอบการต่อทะเบียนและ พรบ.รถขนส่ง 12.ควบคุมเอกสารงานด้านคลังสินค้าและขนส่ง
Qualifications
  1. ปวส - ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานทำงาน 1 ปี ขึ้นไป
  3. ชาย / หญิง
  4. การใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี สามารถประสานงาน ได้ดีทั้งบุคคลภายในองค์กร และภายนอก
  6. สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานเองได้
  7. สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  8. ทำงานวันจันทร์ - เสาร์ 08.00 - 17.00 น.
  9. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
