Job Descriptions
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Check daily guest arrival plans
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure rooms are ready for service
- Assist with guest registration, introduce basic services, and answer guest inquiries
- Provide assistance and convenience to guests throughout their stay
- Record details and open guest accounts for expenses until check-out
- Manage and update daily room reservations
- Answer calls and provide reservation information to external guests
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business Administration, Hotel management, or related fields
- Good English communication and computer skills
- Male is not over 35 years old
- Friendly, with a pleasant personality
- Diligent, honest, healthy, and responsible
- Able to work in shifts: morning, afternoon, night
- Hotel experience is an advantage
