Job Descriptions
1. สรรหาบุคลากรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 2. ส่งเสริมให้พนักงานมีความรู้ในเรื่องนโยบาย และเป้าหมายขององค์กร 3. สร้างแรงจูงใจให้พนักงานมีจิตสำนึกที่ดีต่อองค์กร และทำงานอย่างเต็มความรู้ความสามารถ 4. รักษาบุคลากรทุกคนที่มีความสามารถให้อยู่กับองค์กร ดูแลความสงบเรียบร้อย ความปลอดภัย สภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน และสุขภาพอนามัยของพนักงาน 7. ดูแลด้านการสร้างขวัญกำลังใจแก่พนักงาน 8. จัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับการทำงาน การประเมินผล วิเคราะห์ปัญหา สาเหตุ เสนอแนวทางการแก้ไข 10. ควบคุม และดูแลผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัท 11. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขา บริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์, หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในสายงาน 3 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. มีความรู้ทางด้าน พรบ.แรงงานสัมพันธ์, พรบ.คุ้มครองแรงงาน และอื่นๆ
  5. มีทักษะการบริหารงาน ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายขององค์กรที่กำหนดไว้
  6. สามารถให้คำแนะนำพนักงานให้มีทัศนตคิที่มีความสุขในการทำงานร่วมกันได้
  7. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี ซื่อสัตย์ ขยัน อดทน
