Job Descriptions
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ 1.ดูแล จัดทำเอกสาร เกี่ยวกับงานจัดซื้อ 2.ติดต่อประสานงาน ภายในหน่วยงาน และหน่วยงานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3.เปรียบเทียบราคารายละเอียดและวันที่ส่งมอบ เพื่อการนำเสนอราคาที่ดีที่สุด 4.ตรวจรับและตรวจนับ รายการสั่งซื้อ ให้ถูกต้อง 5.ดูแล จัดการเอกสาร สัญญาต่างๆในระหว่างจัดซื้อได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 6.จัดทำเอกสารรายงานต่างๆ ของแผนกบัญชี 7.งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ชาย - หญิง / อายุ 27-40 ปี
  2. มีพื้นฐานโปรแกรม Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint ถ้ามีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรม ERP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  3. มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การ พูด และ เขียน E-mail ภาษาอังกฤษ พอใช้
  4. มีควารู้เร่ื่องนโยบายและคู่มือคุณภาพ, ข้อกำหนดของระบบการจัดการคุณภาพ, การตรวจประเมิน ISO9001 หรือ IATF16949 จะพิจารณเป็นพิเศษ
  5. ปวส. - ปริญญาตรี
  6. มีความอดทนต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงในองค์กร
  7. มีความสามารถในการประสานงานหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก
  8. มีไหวพริบในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
