Job Descriptions

•To Co-operate with facility team, contractor and all concerned parties for running the project. •Design and draw the construction drawing and 3D images •Estimate the construction cost for proposing the project. •To review quotation according to the design and issue PR. •Control and manage the construction/renovation of the project for company (Thailand and Oversea) to follow the specification, drawing and master schedule. •Project Follow up and inspection project. - Construct, control and monitor the new Project. - Renovate the Project. - Improvement Job. •Prepare documents which are related to the project. •Buy off project after project finish and handover to user. •Support Facility Project team. •Able to work and control the project and facility work at upcountry and oversea

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
2-3 working experience in civil engineer (Design, Estimate cost and control construction)
Skill in Design and draw the construction drawing
Able to use SolidWorks, AutoCAD 2D,3D, SketchUp or any relevant program
Fair or Good English communication both written and speaking
Good computer skill
