Job Descriptions
• Supervise and lead the HR team in daily operations. • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures. • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. • Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed. • Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2-5 years in a supervisory role.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  4. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Leadership and team management
  6. Problem-solving and conflict resolution
  7. Organizational and time management
  8. Female or Male Age : 30 years old or above.
