Job Descriptions
-Implement HR policies and programs including employee relations, recruiting, staffing, wage salary administration, benefits, and management training -Manage the recruitment and selection process -Nurture a positive working environment -Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a management level.
  3. Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Leadership and team management
  6. Problem-solving and conflict resolution
  7. Organizational and time management
  8. Female or Male Age : 35 years old or above.
