Job Descriptions
🌟 Key Responsibilities: • Monitor Credit Marketing team productivity and identify areas for performance improvement. • Reconcile monthly incentive and commission payouts with accuracy and timeliness. • Generate monthly performance reports and productivity dashboards. • Provide ad-hoc analytical support to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
  1. Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
  2. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
  3. Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights clearly.
  4. Experience in financial services or auto lending is a plus.
