Job Descriptions

1. Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations in alignment with business goals 2. Supervise HR functions including recruitment, employee benefits, and team development 3. Coordinate back-office activities and warehouse management to support sales and production teams 4. Conduct financial planning, cost analysis, and report to executive management 5. Coordinate across departments to support strategic business decisions 6. Communicate in English with internal teams and selected partners

Qualifications

Open to all genders, no age restrictions
Experience managing teams of over 30 people is required
Strong knowledge in financial management, organizational leadership, and warehouse operations
Proficient in English for business communication (speaking and writing)
Strategic thinker with strong leadership and proactive mindset
Leadership skills, responsible, and adaptable to a growing business environment
Prior experience in machinery, manufacturing, or industries is a plus
