Job Descriptions
-Record and reconcile sales and collections daily to match with bank deposits and point-of-sales (POS) reports and prepare the journal entries (if any).
-Prepare documents and invoice accurately and promptly.
-Generate sales tax reports.
-Follow up on outstanding receivables.
-Track withholding tax certificates from customers.
-Working hour: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00.
Qualifications
- Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age not over 27 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Have Experience 2 years in Account Receivable
- Have Experience in Restaurant business will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Good Command in English will be advantage.
