1. Prepare documents to send to the customs department 2. Prepare documents to send to the bank and customers 3. Contact the forwarder about BL 4. Request Form C/O, FORM AJ, D, E 5. Manage expenses for each shipment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistic or related field
1 year experience of shipping and export
Good knowledge of customs regulations, export documents and procedures
Highly responsible, details-oriented, Strong coordination and communication skills
Proficient in computer usage and skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
