Job Descriptions1. Responsible for the daily customer service of TikTok store, responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner through messages, comments, live interactions and other channels, answering questions about product ingredients, efficacy, usage and other issues.
2. Handle order inquiries, logistics tracking, returns and after-sales issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Proactively follow up on bad reviews or complaints, coordinate with internal teams (e.g. logistics, supply chain) to solve problems and maintain store ratings.
Qualifications - Skilled in using TikTok platform and e-commerce tools (e.g. TikTok Shop backend)
- Professional knowledge of cosmetics/skincare products, understanding of common ingredients (e.g. hyaluronic acid, niacinamide), skin type classification and product matching.
- Patient and meticulous, able to handle high pressure customer complaint scenarios (e.g. allergy, logistics delay).
- Sales sense, able to guide customers to complete the purchase through the conversation.
