1.ทำหน้าที่ตรวจสอบงานก่อสร้าง ซ่อมแซม ประเมินโครงสร้างอาคาร
2.ตรวจสอบราคาและวัสดุก่อสร้าง
3.ใช้ความรู้ด้านวิศวกรรมในการวางแผนและควบคุมงาน
Qualifications
- อายุ 21-39 ปี
- จบวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาโยธา (ระดับปวช./ปวส./ปริญญาตรี)
- ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์
- มีความรู้เรื่องวัสดุก่อสร้าง ราคา และมาตรฐานงานซ่อม
- อ่านและวิเคราะห์ใบเสนอราคาได้
- วางแผนงานซ่อมได้ เช่น วางลำดับความสำคัญ
- ประเมินงบและแผนเวลาดำเนินงานได้
