Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Science, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in food production, preferably in cheese and cold-cut processing or a similar environment.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or planning role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMPs, FSMA).
- Proficiency in production planning tools and software (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Excel).
- Certification in HACCP or food safety management.
