Job Descriptions• Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot VPN solutions for remote access and secure site-to-site communication.
• Monitor VPN usage and performance to ensure reliable and secure connectivity.
• Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to implement and maintain endpoint protection, firewalls, patching, and security monitoring tools.
