- Have experience working in R&D , Injection molds for at least 2 years.
- Ability to create/modify 2D,3D Drawing
- Able to work overtime
- Able to adapt and work well under pressure.

-Knowledge of the product Development process.
-Knowledge of the Injection Mold's condition and analysis cause of problems.
-Follow-up, Trial the new Model/Mold, and summary report
-Knowledge of plastic injection molding processes, insert molding, molding defects, mold flow, drafts, thickness, etc.
-Ability to create/modify, check and release product designs and drawings (3D & 2D) (Other program MS.excell , I-deas , Auto Cad , Inventor , Cad/Cam , Internet if any)
-Coordinate and follow up with relevant departments and customers to prepare documents or sample work to send to customers.
