Job Descriptions
1.บริหารจัดการงานภายในร้านให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
2.ดูแลบริหารจัดการะบบรายงานรับจ่ายและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
3.ควบคุมคุณภาพการบริการในขณะผู้จัดการไม่อยู่
4.บริหารจัดการระบบเอกสารต่างๆ ตามได้รับมอบหมาย
5.รายงานยอดรับจ่าย และประสานงานกับผู้จัดการร้านและฝ่ายอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
6.บริหารจัดการพนักงาน กะงาน
7.ควบคุมคุณภาพอาหารและความสะอาดภายในร้าน
8.และอื่นๆ ตามได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- อายุ 30 – 40 ปี วุฒิการศึกษา ม3-ม6 ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป (สาขาการจัดการ/บริหาร/การโรงแรม/อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
- มีทักษะและมีประสบการณ์ทำงานร้านอาหารทั้งบริการและแคชเชียร์และบาร์น้ำ หรือประสบการณ์ในสายงานร้านอาหารหรือบริการอย่างน้อย 4-5 ปี
- สามารถ developing menus, ensuring quality, managing costs and inventory)
- บุคลิกภาพดี มีภาวะผู้นำสูง และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- สามารถใช้งานระบบคิดเงิน POS
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ (เช้า/เย็น/วันหยุด)
- สามารถสื่อสาร ภาษาไทย ภาษาอังกฤษ ได้ระดับดีมาก
