Job Descriptions
- ปฏิบัติงานซ่อมแซมพื้นที่ส่วนกลางทั่วไปภายในอาคาร ระบบประปา(ท่อน้ำ) ระบบไฟฟ้า อุปกรณ์สำนักงาน ฯลฯ
- บันทึกการตรวจเช็ค และปฏิบัติงานบำรุงรักษาตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากวิศวกรอาคาร หรือหัวหน้าช่าง
- ตรวจเช็ค และซ่อมอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ตามที่รับแจ้งจากลูกบ้าน
- ติดตต่อประสานงานและอำนวยความสะดวกกับแผนกต่างๆ ในเครือบริษัทและนอกบริษัท
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับ ปวส.ขึ้นไป สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานช่าง
- มีประสบการณ์งานซ่อมบำรุง งานไฟฟ้า งานประปา ซ่อมบำรุงแอร์ (อาคารสูง/ คอนโด / หมู่บ้าน)
- สามารถปฏิบัติตาม Service Standard ของบริษัทฯได้ เช่น การแต่งกายถูกระเบียบ ฯลฯ
- งานดูแลพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง งานServicesลูกบ้าน รับแรงกกดดันได้ดี
