Job Descriptions
- Manage and maintain office network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
- Lead the design and deployment of a high-availability backbone network in the data center supporting cloud services.
- Oversee physical and virtual networking components across on-premises infrastructure and cloud platforms.
- Implement and enforce network security policies in coordination with security and compliance teams.
- Participate in company compliance processes such as ISMS certification and data protection initiatives.
- Manage relationships with vendors for hardware maintenance, network services, and connectivity provisioning.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and second-line support for complex network issues.
- Mentor and guide junior network engineers and promote knowledge sharing.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies; recommend improvements to network architecture.
- Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering and infrastructure management in enterprise or service provider environments.
- Strong understanding of core networking concepts and protocols (e.g., routing, switching, BGP, VLANs, VPNs).
- Experience with physical and virtual networking technologies, including cloud networking concepts.
- Solid knowledge of network security principles and experience working with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and related security technologies.
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Relevant certifications (such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent) are preferred.
- Hands-on experience with cloud networking platforms and orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with network automation, scripting, and software-defined networking (SDN) concepts.
- Experience working in regulated environments or with compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and multi-vendor network environments.
