- Lead and oversee the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational objectives. - Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems to maintain product consistency and reliability. - Conduct internal audits and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues. - Ensure adherence to ISO standards, HACCP, GMP, GMP-PIC/S, HALAL, regulatory requirements, and company policies. - Analyze data trends and provide strategic insights to enhance quality performance. - Design and deliver training programs to promote continuous improvement within the QA department.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards, HACCP, GMP, GMP-PIC/S, HALAL, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance.
Proven leadership skills in managing and developing QA teams.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken) for effective communication.
