Job Descriptions

What you'll be doing •Researching and identifying reliable suppliers of raw materials, components and other necessary items •Negotiating competitive pricing and favorable contract terms with suppliers •Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders to maintain optimal stock levels •Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand production requirements and source the necessary materials •Resolving any supply chain issues or delays in a timely manner •Analyzing purchasing data and identifying opportunities for cost savings or process improvements •Ensuring compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures

Qualifications

Relevant degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, ideally within the manufacturing industry (preferably in fasteners)
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of relevant procurement regulations and best practices
