Job Descriptions
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบวางบิล และใบส่งสินค้าจากผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง พร้อมทั้งดำเนินการขั้นตอนการขออนุมัติชำระเงิน - ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของใบแจ้งหนี้ที่ออกให้ลูกค้า จัดทำใบแจ้งหนี้ ยืนยันข้อมูลการรับชำระเงินผ่านระบบของลูกค้า และติดตามสถานะการรับเงิน - จัดทำและบันทึกทะเบียนบัญชีรายรับจากลูกค้า และทะเบียนการชำระเงินให้ซัพพลายเออร์ - ดำเนินการหักค่าปรับจากผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง พร้อมจัดเก็บข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
  2. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี เรียนรู้ไว คล่องแคล่ว สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  4. มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ระดับดีมาก
  5. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
  6. มีประสบการณ์ในงานด้านบัญชีการเงิน หรืองานด้านการชำระเงินและการจัดการบัญชี
  7. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และสามารถตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลจำนวนมากได้อย่างแม่นยำ
  8. หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
