Job Descriptions
- ควบคุมและติดตามการเบิก-รับ-ส่งสินค้า ตามระบบ FIFO
- ประสานงานและจัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคลังสินค้าภายนอก
- ตรวจนับสต๊อกสินค้ารายวัน รายสัปดาห์ และรายเดือน
- จัดทำใบสั่งซื้อ ตรวจสอบและควบคุมการเบิกจ่ายอุปกรณ์และวัสดุในแผนก
- ควบคุมและดำเนินกิจกรรม 5ส. ภายในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอก
- ประสานงานการรับแจ้งและเบิกจ่ายชิ้นส่วน
- ติดตามแผนการรับชิ้นส่วนจากผู้จำหน่าย และควบคุมวัตถุดิบให้พร้อมใช้งาน
- ประสานงานกรณีพบปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ
- ติดต่อเรียกงานจากคลังสินค้าภายนอก และประสานงานกับผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. ขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลา (OT) ได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับงานคลังสินค้า ระบบ FIFO จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
