Job Descriptions
1. การวางแผนและพัฒนาระบบบริหารคุณภาพ 2. การกำกับดูแลและควบคุมคุณภาพในกระบวนการผลิต 3. การบริหารจัดการด้านการตรวจสอบและรับรอง 4. การจัดการกับผลิตภัณฑ์ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด (Non-conforming Products) 5. การแก้ไขและป้องกัน (Corrective and Preventive Actions-CAPA) 6. การจัดการข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า (Customer Complaints) 7. การบริหารจัดการบุคลากร 8. การปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง (Continuous Improvement) 9. การประสานงาน
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือสูงกว่า ในสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์อาหาร, วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ (อุตสาหการ, เครื่องกล, ไฟฟ้า, เคมี), เทคโนโลยีชีวภาพ หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งหัวหน้างานหรือผู้บริหารระดับสูงด้าน QA/QC อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานกับมาตรฐานคุณภาพระดับสากล เช่น ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, BRC, IATF 16949 (ขึ้นอยู่กับประเภทอุตสาหกรรม)
  4. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานกับบริษัทที่มีการส่งออกสินค้า จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. มีความรู้และทักษะเฉพาะทาง: ความเข้าใจในระบบคุณภาพ การควบคุมกระบวนการ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การแก้ไขปัญหา และ การตรวจสอบ (Auditing) การบริหารจัดการ
  6. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงาน
  7. มีทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์ เช่น Microsoft Word, Excel เป็นต้น
  8. มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ
