Job Descriptions
1. ดูแลแผนกพื้นที่พลาซ่าและศูนย์อาหาร
2. จัดทำเอกสารเกี่ยวกับร้านค้าเช่า
3. ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของร้านค้าเช่าพื้นที่ในศูนย์อาหาร
4.ดำเนินการสำรวจร้านค้าในตลาดคู่แข่งเพื่อคัดเลือกร้านค้าที่เหมาะสมกับกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ศูนย์การค้ากำหนด
5. นำเสนอขายพื้นที่ร้านค้ารายใหม่ๆ ทั้งทางโทรศัพท์ และออกพบลูกค้านอกสถานที่
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 2 ปีขึ้นไป ในส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
- มีความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งของระบบที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับธุรกิจขององค์กร
- มีทักษะในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ Word , Excel ได้ดี
