Job Descriptions
We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Executive/Manager to lead human resources and office operations in our Thailand office. This role ensures compliance, supports talent growth, and keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly. Responsibilities: Oversee full-scope HR: recruitment, C&B, performance, employee relations, training. Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and internal policies. Manage foreign employee hiring: work permits, visas, onboarding. Handle office admin: facilities, vendors, supplies, travel, event support. Liaise with government bodies and assist with local compliance. Report HR/admin metrics to HQ and support regional projects. Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years HR experience, 3+ years in a lead role.
  2. Strong coordination, communication, and cross-cultural skills.
  3. Fluent in Thai and English; Mandarin is a plus.
  4. Strong understanding of Thai labor laws and foreign employment rules.
  5. Experience in MNCs or Singapore/Chinese companies preferred.
