Job Descriptions
1. ให้คำปรึกษา และสนับสนุนการด้านกฎหมาย เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง 2. ควบคุมแและตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านงานนิติกรรมสัญญาและงานด้านอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3. วิเคราะห์และเจรจาต่อรองกับลูกค้าเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น 4. ทำคำฟ้อง,คำร้อง,สืบพยาน,ยื่นอุทธรณ์/แก้อุทธรณ์, ไปตามนัดหมายของศาล และเป็นตัวแทนของบริษัท ในการดำเนินคดีทางกฎหมาย 5. ดูแลด้านกฎหมายของบริษัท/พนักงาน 6. ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการหรือหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 7. งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง/ชาย อายุ 28 ปี ขึ้นไป
  2. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขานิติศาสตร์หรือสูงกว่า
  3. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
  4. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ความซื่อสัตย์ และรับผิดชอบงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. มีปฏิภาณไหวพริบ แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  6. หากมีประสบการณ์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ และสามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่(ต่างจังหวัดได้)
