*contact 6 month, after 6 months of contact, can switch to permanent* ● Lead and manage the marketing department, including evaluating and developing marketing strategies. ● Plan and align marketing strategies with the company’s business directions in OEM, ODM, and our in-house B2C brands in both domestic and international markets. ● Develop a unique and strong brand identity to create brand awareness and clear brand positioning that supports sales and lead generation. ● Define the optimal marketing mix, drive growth through innovation, manage marketing budgets, and continuously analyze and improve campaign performance for the best ROI and ROAS. ● Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitors to identify new marketing opportunities and create new S-curves. ● Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and production teams to align marketing efforts across departments. ● Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and brands. ● Prepare and present weekly and monthly marketing reports to executives. ● Lead, manage, and continuously develop the marketing team, supporting their skill growth and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication Arts, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a marketing leadership role.
Solid understanding of both domestic and international markets, B2B and B2C.
Proven expertise in marketing strategy, brand communication, market analysis, and the ability to implement effective marketing plans.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Creative mindset with a hands-on, can-do attitude and ability to handle unexpected challenges.
Good command of English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
