Job Descriptions
- รวบรวมและตรวจสอบเอกสารจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อบันทึกบัญชี - ตรวจสอบและคีย์ข้อมูลบัญชีเข้าโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป EXPRESS - ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องในระบบบัญชี - ตรวจสอบและจัดทำใบสำคัญจ่าย-รับ - จัดทำรายงานการเก็บเงินประจำวันและบันทึกการรับชำระเงินจากลูกค้า - จัดทำใบเสร็จรับเงิน/จัดทำใบกำกับภาษี และบันทึกรายการรับชำระจากลูกค้า - จัดทำรายงานลูกหนี้คงเหลือและรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องระบบลูกหนี้ ลูกหนี้เช็คคืนและปัญหาบิลค้างชำระเกินกำหนด - จัดทำรายการกระทบยอดลูกค้า, ธนาคาร และบัญชีอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง - จัดทำรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงินที่เกี่ยวข้อง - จัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับลูกหนี้คงค้างเพื่อนำเสนอผู้บริหาร - ติดตามประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องและบุคคลภายนอก
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย-หญิง
  2. อายุระหว่าง 20-35 ปี
  3. ระดับการศึกษา ปวส. /ปริญญาตรีบัญชี
  4. มีความรับผิดชอบสูงและมีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน
  5. สามารถรับแรงกดดันในการทำงานได้ ปรับตัวได้ดี คิดบวก
  6. มีบุคลิกภาพและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
  7. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมทางบัญชีและโปรแกรมอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง (EXPRESS)
  8. สามารถทำงานและประสานงานกับผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี
  9. ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
  10. หากมีประสบการณ์จะรับพิจาราณาเป็นพิเศษ
