Job Descriptions
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planner to coordinate, develop, and oversee plans that guide resource allocation, delivery timelines, and operational efficiency. The Planner will analyze data, forecast needs, and ensure timely execution of strategies aligned with organizational goals. Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop and manage detailed production plans, schedules, and timelines. 2. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with planning timelines. 3. Monitor Production plan progress's output and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines an 4. Analyze data to forecast future trends and resource needs. 5. Prepare reports and present to all concern section. 6. Maintain documentation of all planning processes and updates. 7. Proficient in planning tools (e.g., MS Word, Excel) and expert in calculation formula of excel. 8. Strong analytical and organizational skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 10. Other tasks.
Qualifications
  1. Male/Female age not over 35 years old
  2. Vocational or Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  3. Have Experience 5-10 years in Planning
  4. Good command of computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office (PowerPoint ,Word and Excel in Calculation Formulas Function Tool)
  5. Understanding of the ISO 9001:2015 IATF 16949 quality management system
  6. Must have strong problem-solving skill and able to work under pressured
  7. Able to drive a car (Required Driving license)
