岗位职责： 1、负责仓库的日常运营管理，确保货物的收发、存储、盘点等工作顺利进行。 2、监督仓库操作流程，确保作业规范化和高效化。 3、优化库存管理流程，提高库存周转率，降低库存成本。 4、负责仓库团队的管理和培训，制定并完善仓库管理制度和操作规范，确保工作有序进行。 5、负责仓库收发货品质管理，减少货物异常，负责仓库异常事件处理。任职要求： 1、高中及以上学历，中泰可作为工作语言。 2、3年以上仓库管理经验，熟悉仓库管理流程 3、具备较强的沟通能力和团队管理能力。 4、责任心强，注重细节，能够确保工作高效完成。 5、能够适应弹性工作时间和紧急任务安排。 1、Oversee daily warehouse operations including goods receipt, storage, dispatch, and inventory counting. 2、Supervise warehouse procedures to ensure standardized and efficient operations. 3、Optimize inventory management processes to improve turnover rate and reduce holding costs. 4、Manage and train warehouse staff; develop/maintain operational SOPs to ensure workflow efficiency. 5、Implement quality control for incoming/outgoing goods; resolve inventory discrepancies and operational exceptions.

Qualifications

High school diploma or above; proficient in both Thai and Chinese (written & spoken).
Minimum 3 years’ warehouse management experience; familiarity with 3PL (third-party logistics) operations preferred.
Strong communication and team leadership capabilities.
Detail-oriented with high accountability for task execution.
Adaptable to flexible scheduling and urgent task assignments.
