1. Sales Administration (Repair Market & Industrial Market)
-Handle order management tasks: issue quotations, receive purchase orders, enter orders into the system, summarize order data, manage sales amounts, and monitor accounts receivable (AR).
-Coordinate with customers and internal departments regarding delivery schedules, shipping arrangements, and provide prompt responses in case of delays.
-Manage promotional and advertising materials.
-Support sales promotion activities.
2. DID Service Center (Operation Admin)
-DID Service Center is a directly managed shop under the D.I.D brand, serving both B2B and B2C customers.
-Manage sales operations for B2C customers: operate cashier functions via POS system, summarize daily sales, and report to the accounting department.
-Control inventory and coordinate delivery in collaboration with head office personnel.
-Perform general shop operation tasks such as cleaning, organizing products, and managing documents.
-Manage the D-Live application, including preparing and sending rewards to customers.
