Job Descriptions
1. ดูแลและพัฒนาระบบงานสรรหาบุคลากรให้มีประสิทธิภาพ 2. ดูแลและพัฒนาระบบงาน Time Attendant และค่าจ้างผ่านโปรแกรม Tiger Soft 3. ดูแลและพัฒนาระบบงาน HR ทั้งระบบ 4. รวบรวม จัดทำรายงานและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องในส่วนงานที่รับผิดชอบ 5. จัดเตรียมเอกสาร/จัดทำเอกสารเพื่อรองรับการตรวจประเมินตามระบบต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 6. สรุปข้อมูลผลการปฏิบัติงานนำเสนอผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรี ทางด้านบริหารธุรกิจ, เศรษฐศาสตร์, หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการสรรหาบุคลากรทุกระดับ
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดทำเงินเดือนโดยใช้โปรแกรม Tiger Soft
  4. มีความรู้ทางด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน, กฎหมายเกี่ยวกับค่าจ้าง, ประกันสังคม และกฎหมายอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  5. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS. Excel ได้ในระดับดี เช่น Pivot table, การทำ Dashboard, สรุปข้อมูลเชิงสถิติได้
  6. มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ, มีทักษะในการนำเสนอ
  7. สะดวกเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้ (เป็นครั้งคราว)
