Job Descriptions
Main tasks: 1.Order / Project set-up, processing and cost analysis: 2.Determination of the demands in regards of raw material, etc. according to the sales orders (definition of internal orders and suborders, lots, batch sizes, milestones, external purchases). 3.Set up of technical details for the ongoing project/orders, necessary for the complete process from purchasing of raw materials until delivery of finished goods (SAP – ERP system) 4.Cost and product calculation. 5.Analysis of project budget and status in coordination and close collaboration with other relevant departments. 6.Sustain standardized reporting documentation for general project communication. 7.Monitoring of project development and costs. 8.Compliance ISO 9001 & ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 Systems
Qualifications
  1. Technical knowledge – understanding of BoM-s, mechanical drawings and specifications.
  2. Experience with International standards is an advantage (EN, JIS, etc.)
  3. Good communication skills in English – both speaking and writing.
  4. German skills are an advantage.
  5. University degree (Technical and/or Business)
  6. Experience in order or project management
  7. Windows and MS Office skills (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  8. Knowledge of an EPR (SAP B1)
