Job Descriptions
• Lead project management & manage for: 🔹my Preferred Application – covering rewards redemption, investment knowledge, preferred privileges maintenance 🔹Project manager of transitioning to Line OA 🔹Preferred Microsite – managing content and design coordination for wealth clients 🔹Regional Wealth System (RWS) : system for screening mass customer and Preferred customers / Manage relationship manager (RM) for Preferred customers. • Develop and maintain business requirement documents and workflows for both business and technical teams • Coordinate with vendors to ensure system development aligns with business needs • Analyze solution options, assess risks, and define business impacts • Prepare test cases, scenarios, and conduct UAT with users • Support QA UAT team with documentation reviews and design clarifications • Ensure MVP quality through collaboration with QA UAT and vendors • Report project progress and outcomes to senior management • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes • Solve complaint related to Preferred Reward program
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
  2. Experience in digital banking, project coordination, or system development
  3. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  4. Familiarity with QA processes and vendor collaboration
