Job Descriptions
- โทรติดต่อลูกค้าที่ค้างชำระเพื่อดำเนินการติดตามหนี้
- บันทึกข้อมูลการติดต่อและรายละเอียดการดำเนินงานอย่างครบถ้วน
- ส่งข้อความแจ้งเตือนการชำระหนี้ผ่านระบบของบริษัท
- ตอบคำถามลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับใบแจ้งหนี้
- เจรจาเงื่อนไขการชำระ เช่น กำหนดชำระบางส่วน หรือการผ่อนชำระเมื่อเหมาะสม
- สนับสนุนงานด้านปฏิบัติการอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา: มัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย หรือประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ (ปวช.) ขึ้นไป
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ หรือผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ 1–2 ปี ในสายงานปฏิบัติการ / บริการลูกค้า / ติดตามหนี้
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
- ใส่ใจในรายละเอียด มีความมุ่งมั่น อดทน และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
