Job Descriptions
1.Inspect incoming materials, in-process batches, and finished products using instruments (e.g., calipers, moisture meters) and microbiology methods to ensure compliance with specs and GMP. 2.Investigate and resolve non-conformances (NCRs), coordinate corrective/preventive actions, and support audits (internal & external). 3.Maintain and calibrate QC equipment, ensure traceability, and manage data using SOPs and batch records. 4.Analyze QC metrics (defects, deviations), drive continuous improvement, and report quality trends to management. 5.Lead, train, and mentor QC inspectors; foster a culture of precision, accountability, and GMP compliance.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Cosmetic Science, or related fields
  2. 3-5 years QC/QA experience in cosmeceutical, pharmaceutical, or related industries
  3. In-depth knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001/22716, and regulatory standards specific to cosmeceuticals
  4. Strong technical skills in equipment usage, root cause analysis, statistics, and documentation practices
  5. Meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate across teams
  6. Excellent English and Thai communication (verbal/written), with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality
