1. Manage and control expenses and costs according to established targets, including identifying ways to reduce costs.
2. Oversee quality in accordance with established targets.
3. Oversee production volume in accordance with established targets.
4. Record and report any problems encountered to superiors.
5. Identify ways to continuously improve workplace safety.
6. Understand and be aware of environmental issues and be able to apply these concepts to work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Textiles.
- Age 40-45 years old
- Have related experience more than 10 years.
- Have management experience more than 10 years
- Have English skill to communicate and report to Japanese management. (TOEIC 500 scores up)
