Job Descriptions

-Plan the job to welding align to master plan. -Create NC program for welding robot machine. -Foresee and control consumable for produce the piece. -control welding time and quality meet to product requirement. -Design new fixture and support suitable for robotic welding system, with consideration preventive problem work piece distortion and deformation

Qualifications

Proficiency in welding techniques, drawing reading, and metal fabrication
Able to use different welding techniques, like TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) or MIG (Metal Inert Gas), depending on the materials and application.
Able operate various welding equipment, including torches, power supplies, and machines, to perform welding tasks.
Experience in Fabrication, Machining, Heat Treatment, Tooling, Jig & Fixture etc.
The ability to identify and resolve issues during the welding process.
Work as part of a team, requiring good communication and collaboration skills.
Stick to safety regulations, wearing proper safety equipment and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
