Job Descriptions
1- YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You will supervise day to day operations related to guest communication and assistance, housekeeping and technical team management, administration and liaison with company’s partners 2- YOUR SPECIFIC TASKS 1. Manage inquiries and queries on Airbnb platform 2. Coordinate and ensure smooth guest check-ins 3. Supervise the cleaning and the technical teams, including damage and problem report 4. Develop and maintain positive relationship with juristic offices and other partners 5. (But you are required to move around Bangkok from time to time when needed) • Team meeting at our Phrakanong office once a week • You will work with the Operations team in a coordinated manner • Good communication skill will be the key to be successful in the position • Being comfortable using a smartphone is very important • Strong potential to grow with the company • If selected, you will be joining a fun industry and a fun team
Qualifications
  1. Fluency in Thai and English is a must
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Applied Foreign Languages or any other related fields preferred (but not essential)
  3. 1-3 years progressive experience in OTA platform, real estate business, hotel, or other related to service industry
  4. Ready to be proactive and work with limited supervision
  5. Must enjoy all forms of mobile communications and chatting media
  6. Proactive and comfortable working with limited supervision
  7. Comfortable working with foreigners
  8. Highly committed and results oriented with problem solving skills
