Job Descriptions

Job Responsibilities 1. Assist the Quality Manager to establish, develop and manage QMS to ensure contents are appropriate for business. 2. Supervise and lead DCC/QMS officer to establish, maintain and develop QMS of the organization. 3. To be consult for all employees levels to establish, maintain and develop the QMS. 4. Organize and manage the subordinate to conduct Supplier Self Audit System (SSAS) when customer/third parties required. 5. Support in training, coaching, mentoring and developing in the QMS. 6. Organize and manage the subordinate to conduct the quality improvement of group company activity and customer activity. 7. Review Customer Specification Requirements (CSRs) and coordinate group company for sharing. 8. Establish, maintain and update QMS documentation, including QM, Procedures, Work instructions and related documents. 9. Prepare internal audit program / Management review/Customer audit/Third parties audit. 10. Assist the Quality Manager to establish IATF16949 and other standards. 11. Improve existing Document Control Syetm by reduce paper work / automatic online document control system etc. 12. Perform any tasks assignment from his / her superior

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in QMS/EMS/OH&S
Microsoft office (Excel, Words, Power Point), SharePoint, SAP, Power BI,
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Have a good knowledge in APQP/FMEA/MSA/SPC/CONTROL PLAN/PPAP
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, adapting to changing project priorities and deadlines.
ISO 9001/ISO13485/IATF16949/ISO14001/ISO45001
Good English speaking, Writing, and Reading
