Job Descriptions
Responsibilities:
- Implement system and security solutions.
- Support customers with product usage and solve issues.
- Configure system security settings and ensure system functionality.
- Work with the team to deploy system and security solutions for customer.
- Learn and apply system and security technology during implementation.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with Linux, and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with System (HCI, Mail Security, PAM, EPP, EDR and SIEM)
- Experience with Basic Network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in any related fields.
- Interest in system and security and learning new technologies.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Good English skills reading and writing emails/documents.
