Job Descriptions
1. วางแผนกลยุทธ์ HR สนับสนุนการขยายธุรกิจ
2. รับผิดชอบสรรหา และสวัสดิการต่างๆ
3. ดูแลการจ้างงาน/ประกันสังคม/เลิกจ้างให้ถูกกฎหมาย
4. ดูแลความเรียบร้อยภายในออฟฟิศ อุปกรณ์สำนักงาน ต่างๆ
5. รับผิดชอบในเรื่องของการประสานงานระหว่างชาวต่างชาติคนจีนกับพนักงานคนไทย อาจมีแปลเอกสารบ้าง
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ HR 2ปีขึ้นไป
- เข้าใจกฎหมายแรงงานไทย และ มีทักษะระบบ HR วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เช่น Workday
- สื่อสารภาษาจีนได้คล่อง ฟัง อ่าน พูด เขียน
