We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drilling Manager to join our team. This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient drilling operations, maintaining top quality and safety standards, and leading a high-performing team. - Plan and oversee drilling operations to meet production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements. - Analyze and resolve technical issues related to drilling processes in collaboration with engineering teams. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize drilling efficiency, reduce defects, and minimize downtime. - Lead and manage the drilling team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and staff development. - Foster a strong team culture focused on safety, responsibility, and operational excellence. - Ensure proper maintenance and availability of drilling machines, tools, and materials to support production efficiency. - Enforce compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards across all drilling activities. - Collaborate closely with production planning, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure seamless operations. - Manage departmental budget, manpower planning, and cost control to ensure efficient use of resources.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in the drilling field, preferably in the PCB industry.
Strong engineering background, with hands-on problem-solving skills.
At least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
Good communication and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Communication skills in English or Chinese would be beneficial.
