Job Descriptions
1. PCA segment demand test fixture R&D, design, verification and delivery management.
2. Formulate and improve relevant document standards (formulate FBT test fixture design guidelines, formulate and optimize
FBT test fixture operation procedures)
3. The fixture design is properly and continuously optimized (improvements in fixture structure, foolproofing, efficiency, cost,
etc.).
4. Proper management of fixtures on site (fixture maintenance, upkeep, inventory and abnormal analysis and improvement)
5. Improve fixtures and promote cross-departmental cooperation projects.
6. Be familiar with and understand the hardware architecture of server motherboards and PC motherboards
7. Understand electronic circuits and electronic control principles
Qualifications
- College degree and above
- Major in computer engineering, electrical engineering and computer and other science and technology related majors
- Relevant work experience 2 years and above, Candidates with relevant server FBT/FCT testing and maintenance experience are preferred
- Able to communicate in English/Chinese is preferred
- Willingness to learn new things
- Able to work night shifts and overtime
- Have a growth mindset and be open-minded.
