Job Descriptions
1. Responsible for the transfer of new products, the installation and debugging of ICT test fixtures, ensuring the progress of
new products and the availability of fixtures.
2. Maintain ICT test machine and test fixture to keep the equipment’s operating normally.
3. Analyze defective PCBA and provide improvement measures for the misjudgment parts to keep the misjudgment ratio within
the monthly target set by the supervisor.
4. Train new employees and provide training to new operators and production related personnel.
5. Execution of ECO: timely adjust fixtures/procedures according to ECO changes to ensure the execution of ECO.
6. Analyze defective products in post-process, improve test coverage, and promote process improvement.
7. This position requires working both day and night shifts.
Qualifications
- College degree and above
- Major in electrical, electronic engineering and other science and technology related majors.
- Relevant work experience 2 years and above, Candidates with relevant server ICT testing and maintenance experience are preferred.
- Knowledge and skills in Keysight 3070, TR5001 and Teradyne are preferred
- Able to communicate in English/Chinese is preferred
- Willingness to learn new things
- Able to work night shifts and overtime
- Have a growth mindset and be open-minded.
